Telematics Rollout Project Management

Large rollouts need a plan and someone who owns it. We manage schedules, technicians, sites, hardware, and reporting until the last vehicle is done.

Why it matters

Rollouts stall on the details

A rollout across hundreds or thousands of vehicles rarely fails because of the hardware. It stalls when trucks aren’t in the yard on install day, hardware shows up late or short, site rules weren’t shared, or nobody is tracking which units are actually reporting.

We’ve worked on government projects and with large national trucking companies, at every level from the yard to the project calls. We take the coordination off your plate and keep you updated the whole way.

  • One point of contact for the whole project
  • Site-by-site schedules built around your operation
  • Unit-by-unit tracking from start to finish
  • Quality checks built into the plan
  • Regular updates you can share with leadership

How a managed rollout runs

Plan

Kickoff, vehicle and site list, hardware needs, schedule, and how we’ll report.

Pilot

Start with one site or group to prove the process and fix surprises early.

Roll out

Work site by site, tracking every unit and clearing issues as they come up.

Close out

Sweep up missed vehicles, confirm reporting, and hand over the final record.

What you get

A clear plan

Scope, schedule, and a site-by-site install plan everyone can see.

Ongoing tracking

Unit status, open issues, and progress against the schedule.

A close-out record

Every vehicle and asset with its device serial number, photos, and final status.

Brand-neutral

Any platform, any mix of devices

We’ve worked with platforms such as Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Verizon Connect, Trackunit, Teletrac Navman, Netradyne, Zonar, Omnitracs, SmartDrive, CalAmp, Xirgo, PassTime GPS, Quartix, Adveez, and CameraMatics. We coordinate with your provider. We don’t compete with them.

What we need from you

  • A project owner on your side
  • Vehicle and site lists with contacts
  • Hardware order and delivery dates
  • A contact at your platform provider

Project management questions

How big a project can you handle?

We work from small fleets to rollouts of thousands of vehicles and assets across multiple states. Tell us the scope and we’ll build a plan that fits.

Do you install too, or just manage?

Both. We can manage the project and do the installs, so one team owns the result.

How do you keep trucks on the road?

We schedule around your routes and shifts, work site by site, and plan with your dispatch team so vehicles are available when the technician arrives.

How will we know how it’s going?

You get regular status updates showing units done, units remaining, and open issues, plus a final close-out record.

Who do we send project details to?

Use the form, or email projects@tciinstallations.com with your vehicle count, locations, and timeline.
